About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the country sales budget to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Optimize Gross Profit (GP) and IFO performance through proactive analysis and sales activity adjustments.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to inform local sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and support the local sales team to ensure consistent market execution.
- Collaborate with HQ teams in Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align commercial initiatives.
- Conduct joint customer visits to provide in-field support and maintain a strong market presence.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key distributors and key accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial management.
- Proactive leadership skills with experience in people management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on operations.
- Strong negotiation and customer orientation skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Higher Education level qualification.
- Experience in online business environments.
