About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the country sales budget to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Optimize Gross Profit (GP) and IFO performance through proactive analysis and sales activity adjustments.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to inform local sales strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the local sales team to ensure consistent market execution.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams in Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align commercial initiatives.
  • Conduct joint customer visits to provide in-field support and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key distributors and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial management.
  • Proactive leadership skills with experience in people management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on operations.
  • Strong negotiation and customer orientation skills.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Higher Education level qualification.
  • Experience in online business environments.
