Sales Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team as a primary technical advisor for customers building enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions
• Design and validate AI-enabled solution patterns aligned with platform capabilities
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample applications to demonstrate business value
• Create scalable technical guidance including best practices, deployment patterns, and architecture diagrams
• Synthesize customer technical patterns and feedback to influence product roadmap and engineering direction
• Collaborate with Core SEs to support technical discovery and solution positioning

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer role
• Experience with platform, API, and solution-oriented selling in SaaS or software environments
• Hands-on technical ability to build prototypes and validate solution patterns
• Ability to interpret and write code
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI technologies, integration patterns, and emerging developer tooling
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with modern AI application patterns such as RAG, model selection, and tool calling
• Experience creating technical playbooks or architecture guidance
• Ability to connect technical architecture to business value
