Sales Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by co-constructing tailor-made solutions and providing expert advice on products and services.
• Manage a specific product universe in collaboration with your tutor to guarantee an immersive customer experience.
• Continuously train on innovative products and services to become a subject matter expert.
• Optimize the customer journey through impeccable merchandising to ensure an attractive and user-centric offer.
• Drive commercial dynamism by proposing new ideas to attract customers and animate your department.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bac to Bac +2) specialized in sales or commerce.
• Strong sense of customer service and hospitality to provide personalized experiences.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and find appropriate answers for customers.
• Empathy and a commercial spirit to build immediate trust with the clientele.
• Previous professional experience in retail or customer service (internship or apprenticeship) is preferred.
