Sales Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by co-constructing tailor-made solutions and advising on products and services
• Manage a product universe in collaboration with a tutor to ensure an immersive customer experience
• Continuously train on innovative products and services to become a subject matter expert
• Optimize the customer journey through impeccable merchandising
• Drive commercial dynamism by proposing new ideas to attract customers and animate the department

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac to Bac +2 degree specialized in sales or commerce
• Strong sense of welcome and customer service
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to remain calm in various situations
• Commercial sense and empathy to build trust with customers
• Previous professional experience in retail or customer service via internship or apprenticeship is a plus
