Sales Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by co-constructing tailor-made solutions to advise and build long-term loyalty.
• Manage a specific product category in collaboration with your tutor to ensure an immersive in-store experience.
• Continuously train on innovative products and services to become a subject matter expert.
• Optimize the customer journey through impeccable merchandising to keep the product offering attractive.
• Drive commercial dynamism by proposing new ideas to attract customers and animate your department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at the Bac to Bac +2 level specializing in sales or commerce.
• Strong customer service orientation and a natural sense of hospitality.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in various situations.
• High level of empathy and a commercial mindset to build immediate trust with customers.
• Previous professional experience in retail or customer service (via internships or prior apprenticeships) is a plus.
