Sales Appointment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and email inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department
• Conduct 80+ outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers and re-engage previous leads
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments arrive and receive a professional experience
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting and show-rate goals

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience
• Prior experience in the automotive industry
