Sales Animator

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the commercial strategy for the agency
• Conduct market intelligence and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and expand the client portfolio by building a professional network
• Ensure the quality of commercial proposals and follow up on offers through to completion
• Implement client loyalty and retention actions
• Lead weekly commercial action plan meetings in conjunction with the Agency Manager
• Support and coach Account Managers in developing their commercial skills
• Organize and execute marketing actions to drive business growth

Requirements

• Commercial training or proven experience as a self-taught professional
• Experience in B2B services
• Strong argumentation and negotiation skills
• Tenacity and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to motivate and lead teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the building and construction sector
