About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class chat-based support for GoDaddy product customers
  • Resolve customer issues and identify upselling opportunities
  • Transfer customers to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Utilize client-based tools for customer management, data entry, and case management
  • Stay updated on client processes, technology applications, and products
  • Achieve and maintain required performance metrics and goals

Requirements

  • Excellent Portuguese (B2 spoken) or Spanish with English (B1 spoken)
  • Experience in a service or support center with technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Flexibility to work agreed shifts in advance
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience
