About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class chat-based support for GoDaddy product customers
- Resolve customer issues and identify upselling opportunities
- Transfer customers to appropriate departments when necessary
- Utilize client-based tools for customer management, data entry, and case management
- Stay updated on client processes, technology applications, and products
- Achieve and maintain required performance metrics and goals
Requirements
- Excellent Portuguese (B2 spoken) or Spanish with English (B1 spoken)
- Experience in a service or support center with technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Flexibility to work agreed shifts in advance
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales experience
