Sales and Service Representative (Teller)

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and handle customer service requests in the branch
• Facilitate customer awareness of bank capabilities, tools, and resources
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage risk
• Maintain transaction accuracy and operational efficiency
• Perform general office management duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Financial literacy
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales
