Sales and Service Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and present appropriate Apple product solutions
• Advise customers on Apple products, services, and accessories
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and drive upsells through credible guidance
• Perform selected iOS repairs to Apple standards when the full-time technician is unavailable
• Troubleshoot and quality-check cases in collaboration with the Service department
• Support the sales team with technical knowledge and sparring

Requirements

• Sales experience or technical experience (or both)
• Motivated by customer contact and finding the right solutions
• Structured, quality-conscious, and responsible work approach
• Ability to prioritize quickly and communicate clearly internally and externally
• Interest in combining sales and service tasks daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronics repair, especially iOS devices
• Experience from retail or customer service environments
• Apple certification obtained within the last 2 years
