Sales and Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Box Office operations, including event building, ticket configuration, and user security within the ticketing system.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, students, faculty, and the general public via digital platforms, phone, and in person.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies for individual games, season tickets, and group sales to grow the fan base and revenue.
• Coordinate event logistics, including managing will-call, complimentary pass lists, and reconciling cash with financial reports.
• Support corporate sponsorship initiatives by identifying prospective partners and executing sponsorship activations.
• Assist the Compliance Office in enforcing NCAA regulations regarding ticketing for home competitions.
• Supervise and provide direction to part-time student workers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Paciolan/TicketsWest).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to live and uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
