Sales and Proposal Manager Air Separation and/or Hydrogen and Syngas

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the commercial strategy for complex, multi-million dollar industrial gas projects from early customer engagement through final proposal submission.
• Partner directly with customers to anticipate future demand, influence project scope, and position differentiated solutions.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams including engineering, project execution, construction, and procurement to deliver winning proposals.
• Translate technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions for executive decision-makers.
• Drive improvements in proposal competitiveness, speed, and quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) or an equivalent technical background.
• Experience working within EPC project environments, including exposure to large-scale industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with cryogenic air separation, hydrogen, CO2 capture, or similar complex process technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional, international teams without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex problems into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical experts and executive leadership.
