Sales and Material Flow Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire projects independently within the circular economy and complex contaminated sites sectors
• Develop customized disposal and recycling solutions for mineral waste
• Manage material flows in compliance with legal environmental and safety standards (USG, VVEA, VaVA)
• Act as a central interface coordinating between clients, authorities, and waste disposal companies
• Support sales efforts by marketing primary and secondary building materials and utilizing cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain and expand the customer network, including construction companies and planners, within the Northeast region

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Process/Environmental Technology, or Natural Sciences
• Proven experience in waste management, building material production, or recycling
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss environmental law and geology/material properties
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent self-organization and teamwork skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Mobility within the Northeast region and occasional travel throughout Switzerland
