Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Hagab's sales and marketing functions
• Strengthen the interaction between sales and marketing through clear priorities and planning
• Drive profitable growth in line with company strategy
• Develop structures, goals, and working methods for sales
• Develop sales towards entrepreneurs, wholesalers, consultants, and prescribing leads
• Strengthen presence in prioritized regions and customer segments
• Contribute to business development, pricing, and customer strategy
• Translate market insights into product and communication development
• Support internationalization and export efforts

Requirements

• Documented experience leading B2B sales or commercial teams
• Experience in technical or project-oriented environments (construction, installation, ventilation, or technical industry)
• Understanding of long business processes and sales via consultants or projects
• Experience in creating structure and clear working methods
• Proficiency in CRM systems for analysis and follow-up
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in export or international sales
• Experience establishing presence in new markets
