Sales and Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and prospecting through research, cold calls, and outreach
• Support the sales team by maintaining CRM data and preparing performance reports
• Create and schedule content for digital marketing platforms including social media, blogs, and email campaigns
• Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering
• Help manage and optimize online marketing campaigns such as SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
• Support the execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Collect and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or communications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• Strong client-facing skills and a professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Familiarity with or a strong willingness to learn CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• High energy with a proactive, results-oriented "hunter" mentality
