About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise sales processes, shelf replenishment, initial order picking, and logistics
- Drive business growth by meeting sales budgets through order fulfillment and professional customer service
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers by monitoring shopping trends
- Ensure the correctness of initial goods picking processes
- Manage and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, shrinkage, stock levels, and availability
- Effectively manage and lead the team
- Develop active sales initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in retail/trade
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Experience in team management
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of English
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
