Responsibilities

• Realize sales and operational goals
• Build partner relationships with customers and provide sales advice
• Ensure product availability and minimize losses
• Maintain product quality and adhere to food safety procedures
• Handle cash registers and support customer service
• Receive deliveries, pick orders, and arrange goods correctly
• Register deliveries in the system, maintain documentation, and resolve discrepancies
• Operate forklifts (with UDT qualifications)
• Cooperate with and manage the team, motivating employees
• Comply with health and safety (BHP) and fire protection rules

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and engagement in daily customer work
• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Reliability, honesty, and openness to change
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Readiness for physical work
• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
