Responsibilities
- Manage sales and rental processes for the Heimstaden portfolio
- Actively acquire buyers and tenants
- Collaborate with the privatization team
- Prepare presentations and offers and finalize transactions
- Ensure rapid apartment leasing and achieve high sales results
- Monitor the market and propose optimization actions
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or leasing
- Ability to manage transactions from A to Z
- Negotiation and client relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurship, independence, and analytical thinking
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- Proactive and commercial approach to the market
- Proficiency in English (Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage)
- Knowledge of market trends and real estate analysis
