About the role

Responsibilities

  • Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs
  • Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
  • Position competitive offers and solutions based on customer experiences
  • Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations
  • Act as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele-team
  • Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions across the center
  • Monitor developments in cloud features and competitor pricing

Requirements

  • Native-level Danish and fluent English (B2)
  • 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and business drivers
  • Minimum Fundamentals certification required upon hiring
  • EU passport required
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
