About the role
Responsibilities
- Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs
- Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
- Position competitive offers and solutions based on customer experiences
- Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations
- Act as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele-team
- Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions across the center
- Monitor developments in cloud features and competitor pricing
Requirements
- Native-level Danish and fluent English (B2)
- 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and business drivers
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required upon hiring
- EU passport required
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
