Sales and Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth market by expanding wholesale coffee partnerships
• Increase catering sales and private event bookings across café locations
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead management
• Present and sell products and services to prospective customers
• Meet sales activity goals and achieve quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in CRM systems
• Develop customized catering and event menus and pricing proposals
• Partner with café, culinary, marketing, and operations teams to deliver successful events
• Support on-site execution of private events and catering programs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in coffee, foodservice, catering, or hospitality
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel locally throughout DFW
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends for events
• Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
