Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and private event bookings
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts
- Oversee planning and coordination of private and club-hosted events
- Manage event logistics including catering, entertainment, and venue setup
- Act as the main contact for members and event clients
- Conduct site visits and private tours
- Collaborate with marketing to promote club events and membership opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in sales, event management, or hospitality
- Experience in luxury or private members’ club settings preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate contracts
- Strong background in planning high-end events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
