About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales and private event bookings
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
  • Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts
  • Oversee planning and coordination of private and club-hosted events
  • Manage event logistics including catering, entertainment, and venue setup
  • Act as the main contact for members and event clients
  • Conduct site visits and private tours
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote club events and membership opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in sales, event management, or hospitality
  • Experience in luxury or private members’ club settings preferred
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate contracts
  • Strong background in planning high-end events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
