Responsibilities
- Develop territory strategy to reach retailer sales targets and drive year-over-year growth
- Prepare weekly sales results and in-store activity recaps including market and competitive insights
- Resolve inventory, staffing, branding, or merchandising needs at the market level
- Ensure frequent store training and reinforce techniques through demonstrations and product information
- Manage and develop an area support team through consistent communication and alignment
- Build and maintain relationships at store, district, and regional levels
- Execute marketing initiatives and maintain brand standards through merchandising guidelines
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct virtual training and broadcast selling events for retail partners
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Beauty Sales and Education
- Essential understanding of the Sephora business model
- Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
- Willingness to spend up to 80% of time in-store
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50lbs
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Social media savvy with ability to engage retail audiences
