Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy to reach retailer sales targets and drive year-over-year growth
• Prepare weekly sales results and in-store activity recaps including market and competitive insights
• Resolve inventory, staffing, branding, or merchandising needs at the market level
• Ensure frequent store training and reinforce techniques through demonstrations and product information
• Manage and develop an area support team through consistent communication and alignment
• Build and maintain relationships at store, district, and regional levels
• Execute marketing initiatives and maintain brand standards through merchandising guidelines
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Conduct virtual training and broadcast selling events for retail partners

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Beauty Sales and Education
• Essential understanding of the Sephora business model
• Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
• Willingness to spend up to 80% of time in-store
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50lbs
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Social media savvy with ability to engage retail audiences
