About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance across Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden through sales execution and retail support
  • Deliver high-impact education via in-store one-to-one sessions, group trainings, and classroom-style sessions
  • Onboard and upskill Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, brand heritage, fragrance storytelling, and layering techniques
  • Represent the brand at retailer events, press and PR moments, launch activations, and VIP experiences
  • Translate education into tangible sales results and conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty and retail sales, with a strong focus on the fragrance industry
  • Proven background in training and education, including large-scale conventions or conferences
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate brand storytelling into sales
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fluency in German, English, and French
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden
