About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance across Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden through sales execution and retail support
- Deliver high-impact education via in-store one-to-one sessions, group trainings, and classroom-style sessions
- Onboard and upskill Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, brand heritage, fragrance storytelling, and layering techniques
- Represent the brand at retailer events, press and PR moments, launch activations, and VIP experiences
- Translate education into tangible sales results and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty and retail sales, with a strong focus on the fragrance industry
- Proven background in training and education, including large-scale conventions or conferences
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate brand storytelling into sales
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluency in German, English, and French
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden
