Sales and Education Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Americas region
• Ensure KAYALI products are visually present and aligned with brand guidelines
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and educational materials for sales staff and beauty advisors
• Interview and oversee the recruitment of Beauty Advisors and temporary staff
• Manage relationships with key accounts and partners to expand business opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with global teams and marketing to align on product launches and strategic plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales and education roles within the fragrance or luxury goods industry
• Proven experience working within Sephora
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French
• Ability to travel extensively across KAYALI markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the fragrance industry and market trends
