Sales and Design Specialist Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to ensure store success and deliver world-class client experiences
• Manage and coach Sales & Design Specialists through performance coaching and product training
• Lead recruitment efforts and conduct interviews to attract top-tier talent
• Manage the full client lifecycle to meet and exceed sales goals and key metrics
• Execute community outreach to expand the brand's local connection
• Maintain store design and visual standards using merchandising guidelines
• Resolve customer issues in alignment with the brand experience and promote a positive team culture

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail leadership experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify client needs
• Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and MS Office proficiency
• Proficiency with 3-D rendering programs
• Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing 20+ pounds
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
