Sales and Design Consultant

Responsibilities

• Set the industry standard for customer experience and sales
• Drive sales through customer follow-up and outreach
• Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand showroom
• Advise customers on floor plan layout, material selection, and custom rug measurements
• Resolve inquiries and order-related matters including tracking, delivery logistics, and product questions
• Provide personalized experiences across in-person, chat, text, email, video, and phone
• Learn innovative visualization technologies such as CAD modeling and 3D rendering
• Maintain feedback loops to improve internal processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
• 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
• Passion for interior design and home décor
• High proficiency with online software tools, 2D/3D tools, and Google Suite
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and accountability
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Onsite presence required at the Chicago showroom

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design tools and spatial planning
• BA or experience in a creative field such as interior design, art history, or architecture
