We aim to address the need in the multi-billion dollar global rug industry by providing high-quality custom design that is accessible to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Set the industry standard for customer experience and sales
• Drive sales through customer followup and outreach
• Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand showroom
• Provide personalized experiences through in-person, chat, text, email, video, and phone channels
• Advise customers on floor plan layout, material selection, and custom rug measurements
• Resolve order-related matters including tracking, product inquiries, and delivery logistics
• Learn and use innovative technologies like CAD modeling, Adobe, and 3D rendering to help customers visualize spaces
• Maintain feedback loops to improve internal processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
• 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
• Passion for interior design and home décor trends
• Proficiency with online software tools, 2D/3D tools, Zoom, and Google Suite
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Located in Manhattan, New York for showroom attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design tools and spatial planning
• BA or professional experience in a creative field such as interior design, art history, or architecture
