Responsibilities

• Provide consumer and Trade customers a high touch and personalized experience through multiple channels
• Drive sales through proactive outreach
• Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand showroom
• Advise customers on floor plan layout, material selection, and custom-sized rug measurements
• Utilize innovative technologies to help customers bring their projects to life

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
• 2+ years of direct consumer sales and account/project management experience
• Passion for interior design and home décor trends
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Shopify, and Zoom
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with interior designers, architects, or stagers
• BA or experience in a creative field such as interior design, art history, or architecture
• Experience working with custom products
• Experience with design tools and spatial planning
