Sales and Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including clinical users, procurement, administration, and management.
• Manage the full order management process and provide active customer support.
• Provide expert consultation regarding the product portfolio to drive customer satisfaction.
• Conduct proactive service calls to ensure optimal information flow and customer engagement.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with various campaigns and sales promotions.
• Maintain master data accuracy and contribute to specialized project work.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate the planning of returns.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Salesforce.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency with MS Office products.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with high engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales or telemarketing within a cardiovascular environment.
• Strong sales competence and a passion for customer advisory roles.
