Responsibilities

• Professional reception of clients and advisory on all center services
• Management of incoming inquiries and leads with active follow-up to close sales
• Promotion of additional services to meet individual client needs
• Active recovery of clients and building long-term relationships
• Management of bookings, documentation, shift closing, and cash handling
• Handling client complaints and suggestions with sensitivity to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales (highly valued)
• Experience in reception or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability
• Result-oriented with a proactive and dynamic attitude

• Proficiency in Spanish and English
