Sales and Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform active and receptive telephone service, in-person, and via digital channels
• Execute internal and external actions according to the store's activity schedule
• Perform internal administrative tasks and support the manager
• Receive, register, and deliver correspondence
• Assist the manager with external tasks
• Open checking accounts and activate benefit payments for clients
• Manage daily electronic time tracking

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Skills in customer service
• Experience using computers or willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Ongoing higher education
• CPA-10 certification
• Experience in sales and client prospecting through digital and active sales
