Sales and Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on the daily activities of the team (80% field / 20% administrative)
• Accompany the team in the field to drive the fulfillment of commercial and collection goals
• Analyze indicators and establish corrective and continuous improvement actions
• Develop the team through constant feedback and performance monitoring
• Guarantee adherence to policies, processes, and internal controls
• Identify growth opportunities in the assigned zone

Requirements

• High school diploma or partially completed degree
• Availability of schedule
• Knowledge of the assigned area (Huimanguillo and surroundings)
• Basic experience in sales, collections, and/or team management
• Ability for indicator analysis and decision making
• Results-oriented and field work focus
• Own vehicle (preferred)
