About the role
Responsibilities
- Involve in weekly sales and collection tasks for the team in Comalcalco and surrounding areas
- Review, control, and follow up on daily actions (80% field work and 20% administrative)
- Guide, listen to, and support the team to achieve weekly objectives
- Detect strengths and areas of opportunity for self and the team
- Ensure compliance with rules and policies
- Maintain positive energy and turn work challenges into opportunities
Requirements
- Completed high school or partially completed degree
- Schedule availability
- Knowledge of the assigned area
- Own vehicle (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of sales and collection techniques
- Passion for field work and commercial activities
- Basic personnel management skills
- Numerical and logical thinking
- Excellent customer service skills
