About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and report all sales and business development activities for new and existing key accounts within the Oil & Gas Supply Chain unit.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams by liaising with developers, project owners, and OEMs.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline and support pricing and tender management teams to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Translate contractual obligations into defined services and deliverables to ensure operational service provisioning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies consistent with the business plan.
  • Maintain strong long-term customer and vendor relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with all TSA, DOT, and Customs regulations (US and Foreign).
  • Utilize CRM technology to maintain electronic records and provide timely visit reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Freight Forwarding or Project Freight Forwarding experience.
  • Proven experience in Business Development and solution-focused selling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong knowledge of TSA, DOT, and Customs regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) certification.
