Sales Analytics

Responsibilities

• Supervise portfolio performance reporting, including sales, billing, activation, retention, and attrition.
• Analyze trends and segment customers to generate actionable recommendations for the sales force.
• Coordinate the update of automated dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM systems and internal databases.
• Propose improvements for commercial KPI measurement and analytical processes.
• Track commercial initiatives such as activation and retention to measure results.
• Act as a liaison between BI, Finance, and Product teams to align data and definitions.
• Train and guide analysts or operational staff within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, commercial planning, business intelligence, or portfolio analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, and basic automation).
• Strong SQL skills, including queries, joins, filters, and segmentation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or commercial platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
