Sales Analytics and Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly national sales reports, including transaction volumes, revenue, and agent productivity.
• Develop executive dashboards and summaries for the National VP of Sales.
• Monitor performance of agents, branches, and key accounts to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting systems.
• Coordinate national sales initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.
• Support forecasting, target tracking, and quota performance reporting.
• Facilitate communication between headquarters and regional sales teams through meeting coordination and briefing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or coordination roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools, specifically Salesforce and Tableau.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel within the United States to visit agents as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior sales leadership at the VP or SVP level.
• Familiarity with remittance corridors, agent networks, and transaction-based business models.
• Previous experience in the financial services, fintech, or money transfer industry.
