Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify revenue risks and implement scalable solutions
• Coordinate core operating cadences, including forecasting reviews, global sales calls, and QBRs
• Define, standardize, and continuously improve GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle
• Build and maintain reporting for key revenue metrics such as pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and customer retention
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Implement and maintain data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy across all revenue data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a similar field
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
• Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and bring order to complex processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot
• Familiarity with revenue operations tools like Gong, Sales Intel, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with revenue attribution platforms such as RevSure or Calibermind
• Passion for leveraging AI to uncover deeper business insights
