Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics regularly
• Support financial processes including month-end close and commissions via case management systems
• Manage data accuracy and integrity across systems, including territory and account alignment
• Generate and analyze reports for sales, management, and finance teams
• Assist with process improvements, system updates, and data governance
• Support sales initiatives, projects, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic macros/IF statements
• Prior experience in sales support, systems, or business analyst roles
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience developing and analyzing business reports from multiple data sources
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Einstein, PowerBI, or Tableau
