Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Identify drivers of performance changes and translate data into actionable insights
• Monitor and analyze pipeline health, quality, and conversion
• Track performance against targets and identify gaps early
• Partner with sales teams to support accounts and territories with growth opportunities and risk identification
• Support large and key accounts with deep-dive analyses and tailored insights
• Support growth initiatives including cross-selling, basket expansion, and recovery programs
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams on execution

Requirements

• Data-savvy with strong analytical skills
• Experience with sales analytics, pipeline management, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and CRM systems
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
