Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular sales reports covering revenue, bookings, backlog, and shipment status
• Build dashboards to track forecast vs. actuals, supply allocation, and order fulfillment
• Support rolling forecast processes with a 12–18 month outlook
• Highlight risks including supply shortages, credit limitations, and delayed PO releases
• Monitor the order pipeline and analyze backlog movement, push-outs, and cancellations
• Maintain data accuracy in SAP, SFDC, and internal tools
• Track price changes, rebates, and program compliance
• Coordinate demand visibility and revenue tracking with sales, supply chain, and finance teams
• Automate recurring reports and improve data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Around 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise customers or high-volume sales businesses
• Familiarity with supply-constrained and distribution-focused environments
• Knowledge of the semiconductor, networking, or IT hardware industry
