Sales Analyst, Financial Products APAC

Responsibilities

• Price, book, and monitor structured product transactions across various asset classes including equities, crypto, credit, commodities, and FX
• Support the sales and trading team with trade execution (subject to licensing) and product lifecycle management
• Collaborate with senior sales to generate regular trade ideas for the client base
• Drive business efficiency by improving day-to-day tasks through programming and AI agents
• Monitor market trends and ensure all business activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate closely with partner teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe, and the US

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a result-driven mindset
• Ability to work proactively both independently and within a team
• Understanding of Chinese business environments and markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in capital markets (up to 2 years preferred)
• Fresh graduates with high ambition and a desire to learn derivatives and structured products
