Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated performance dashboards tracking team and individual KPIs
- Partner with sales leaders to develop accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and operational leaks
- Conduct whitespace analysis for market penetration and territory optimization in Singapore and the wider region
- Manage the calculation and validation of sales commissions
- Support the executive team with what-if modeling for new product launches or pricing changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Sales, Finance, or Business Analysis)
- Experience navigating Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical audiences without jargon
- Familiarity with the B2B sales landscape in Singapore/ASEAN
