Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated performance dashboards tracking team and individual KPIs
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
  • Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and operational leaks
  • Conduct whitespace analysis for market penetration and territory optimization in Singapore and the wider region
  • Manage the calculation and validation of sales commissions
  • Support the executive team with what-if modeling for new product launches or pricing changes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Sales, Finance, or Business Analysis)
  • Experience navigating Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred
  • Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical audiences without jargon
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales landscape in Singapore/ASEAN
