Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback and active selling techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values, ethical sourcing, and environmental initiatives
• Expand product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
• Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment
• Maintain visual merchandising, organization, and operational standards

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Strong problem-solving and operational skills
• Experience working in skincare, cosmetics, or team retail environments
• Cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB and social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
