About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard feedback to exceed personal and store goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultation, active listening, and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian ingredients, and naked packaging
- Maintain product expertise by staying current on ingredients, benefits, and recommendations
- Support team development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence through punctuality, visual merchandising, inventory adjustments, and adherence to health and safety standards

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications

- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
