Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and seeking feedback to exceed daily goals
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through attentive listening, open-ended questions, and personalized product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, and Naked Packaging
• Continually expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations for every customer need
• Foster an inclusive team environment and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising to enhance the shopping experience
• Follow company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience working in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to address day-to-day operational issues
• Cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB/social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
