Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian ingredients, and fighting animal testing
• Expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations
• Develop effective sales techniques and support team growth
• Foster an inclusive team environment and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Maintain punctuality, reliable attendance, and adherence to company policies
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing per Visual Merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
