Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals using StoreForce dashboard feedback and seeking opportunities to grow contributions
• Deliver world-class customer experience through personalized consultations, active listening, and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Ethical Buying, and Naked Packaging
• Expand product knowledge continuously to make informed recommendations for customer needs
• Develop effective sales techniques and support team growth using Lush resources
• Foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by encouraging open communication and collaboration
• Maintain punctuality, reliable attendance, and adherence to company policies and health and safety standards
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to Visual Merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills to address day-to-day operational issues
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
