About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard feedback to exceed personal and store goals
- Deliver world-class customer experiences through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on Lush brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian formulas, and naked packaging
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
- Foster an inclusive team environment and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
- Ensure punctuality, reliable attendance, and adherence to company policies and health and safety standards
- Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation to enhance the shopping experience
