About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and exceeding goals
- Deliver world-class customer experiences through attentive listening and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and fighting animal testing
- Maintain product knowledge regarding ingredients and unique benefits
- Foster a sense of belonging and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock, inventory, and adherence to opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience working in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
