About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and exceeding goals
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences through attentive listening and product demonstrations
  • Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and fighting animal testing
  • Maintain product knowledge regarding ingredients and unique benefits
  • Foster a sense of belonging and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage stock, inventory, and adherence to opening/closing procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consultation-based customer service
  • Experience in skincare or cosmetics

  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
