Sales Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard feedback to exceed daily goals
• Deliver world-class customer experiences through consultations and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian formulas, and naked packaging
• Maintain product expertise to provide informed recommendations
• Support team development and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment
• Maintain visual merchandising and store organization standards
• Follow company policies for opening/closing, product integrity, and health and safety

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates under 18 will be employed via the Lush Youth Employment Program

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
